She is driven by a commitment to creating meaningful, lasting change, particularly for young women who have experienced care, homelessness, or other life-altering challenges. Elizabeth understands that barriers to opportunity are often quiet but deeply felt, shaped by instability, lack of support, and disadvantage. Through her work, she seeks to gently remove those barriers, creating pathways where there were once none, and supporting women and girls to become the best versions of themselves, on their own terms.

Her journey into advocacy has been shaped, in part, through pageantry. What began as something personal has grown into a platform for impact, allowing her to raise awareness, amplify unheard voices, and stand alongside those working toward a more inclusive and equitable future. Through this space, she speaks openly about educational inequality, female empowerment, and the importance of protecting and uplifting vulnerable communities, always encouraging others to step into their own strength and potential.

The Becoming Collective was born from this vision, a space grounded in empowerment, opportunity, and belief. At its heart sits Ethereal Beauty UK, the national charity pageant Elizabeth founded to widen access to pageantry and create a space centred on confidence, representation, and community. It is a reflection of her commitment to ensuring that everyone can feel seen, valued, and celebrated.

Alongside her leadership, Elizabeth continues to fundraise to support and grow this mission, holding close a vision for the future where even more women and girls are supported to become the best versions of themselves. She has been honoured to receive recognition for her work, not as an endpoint, but as a reminder of the importance of continuing to give, grow, and serve.
